1: We have no sales people!!

If you’ve had quotes from other web design companies, you’ll no doubt have experienced some web sales people – and been at the end of some quotes which have made you shudder. The truth is, when you buy a website from a company who employs website sales staff, just as much of the money you’re paying – if not more – is going to the sales team, than the web design team….

Sales people are expensive, company cars, expenses, basic wages, commissions – so if you use a web design firm who have sales staff, just consider how much of the money you’re spending is actually been invested on the design – and how much of it is paying to get your business in the first place.

One of the main reasons we can offer such affordable web design packages, is that none of the money we charge goes to paying a sales team.

We don’t need sales people… our customers are our sales people, we do such a good job that we get all the referalls we need – chances are you’re looking at this website either because you found us on Google – or,  you have had a referral from one of our clients. Search engine optimisation is the foundation of our business, in fact we focussed solely on search engine optimisation services for a number of years, the reason we moved into web design was that we often needed to re-design websites in order to fix problems that were hindering search engine success, and we found that it’s far easier to work with sites we have designed.

4: We understand your business

As we’re a small business too, we completely understand the situation of other small businesses. We know that you need your site up & running ASAP so it can start to positively impact your cash flow – we know that the website needs to work to convert potential customers into customers, as it’s sales you need, not just traffic. We know that cash flow can be tight with small businesses, so we understand that you need affordable prices, and payment plans where available.

5: We are on your level

If you’ve spoken to larger web design companies, you may get the impression that you’re small & insignificant. This may not be the case with all larger firms & agencies – but it’s only natural that this would be the case with many bigger web design firms.
